I just saw that . . . I was hoping that it would at least crack the top 5. I can't believe that clunker "RV" did better than this! Still, at least it made a few million . . . hopefully it will have long term staying power with Starbucks behind it and all . . . .

I saw it on Friday at the Magic Johnson Theater in Harlem. It was the 8 o'clock showing but, including my cousin and I, there were only about 30 people in the whole theater (barely a quarter full.)

I've heard a lot of people (idiotically) say "Why would I want to see a movie about a spelling bee?"

Duh...
